Lived in Blonde
A full day class packed with demo and hands on training covering the multi-step, multi-technique lived in blonding service and haircut offered by Bobby Mack. Topics include foiling, balayage, root tap/smudge, color melting and glossing, and a textured mid-length haircut with stying. We’ll finish with a lived in style before talking about marketing, building a book and social media principles!
badass brunettes
Badass Brunette is a full day class loaded with both demo and hands on training! Topics include consultation do’s and don'ts, goal setting, formulation, and application options. I’ll also explain when to use foiling vs balayage vs hair painting followed by a demonstration of color melting and tap & toning techniques specific to brunette hair. We’ll round out class with a talk on client retention and tips for your social media!
seasonal shift
In my Seasonal Shift class we will focus on the most effective application methods to transition your clients when it's time to bring back the dimension, or correct the tone. We will also cover the art of the client consultation, goal setting, service outlining, application variations, lightening, toning and melting, all with multiple color formulations. To finish, I’ll share powerful tips on how you can build your reputation and create a dependable book of clients!
Bold blonde
Obsessed with bright blondes?! This full day course focuses on the principles of precision and efficient foiling and balayage. In order to create the brightest, boldest bespoke blondes, Bobby will share his go-to placements, weave & stitch patterns, and formulas. Applying on two live models, each attendee will observe how to reduce foiling time and increase blonding results! Tips and tricks at the shampoo bowl will help remove buildup and prep hair for toning, preventing over pigmentation. Perfecting that icy gloss or toning warmth, all formulations will be broken down for a complex look at how to customize each gloss. During the hands on, each attendee can practice and refine their own techniques. We’ll finish with a styling and photo session to post our babe!

Junior Stylist Training Program
In this three part course, I teach the fundamental building blocks for a successful career as a hairstylist. I have specifically designed this course for stylists with less than 12 months of salon experience. From client interaction, to salon culture, to teamwork, to technical skills, this course will build a strong foundation to produce a confident and efficient assistant or junior stylist!
